Grand Hotel Baglioni

I appreciated spending my time in this fairly clean traditional hotel. The shuttle to the venue was a great perk and breakfast was included.

The hotel was wonderful and the staff was attentive, it had wonderful location super close to everything. I have stayed in a double room with amazing views and a patio overlooking the garden and scrummy breakfast for 3 nights.

The hotel was clean with pleasant staff members. The property was iconic and in a central location. The breakfast they served was savoury and above average.

Everything was nice, cozy hotel, the location was unbeatable short walk to Santa Maria Novella, train, Duomo on another side of the town.

Charming old hotel, I enjoyed its central location very close to Florence as well as the centre. The room met the demands, luxurious with terrace. The staff was wonderfully helpful, responsive, nothing to complain about.

I loved the very central location, great view, functional rooms. This hotel was in a good area near city center, Santa Maria Novella, train.

Spotlessly clean, fitness hotel, I liked surprisingly spacious rooms and really accommodating staff. The breakfast was above average, sausages, eggs, butter, tea and jam - food was affordable. Climate control, Wi-Fi and free tea in the room, charming location.

The service was top-notch, the food was reasonably priced. Flexible staff was quick to help, made sure our stay was very positive.

I liked the remote location plus the stuff where eager to help. Light breakfast, courteous service. Big bedrooms and lovely beds. The venue was short walk from Florence downtown. A train station was within 5 minutes' walk away.

Staff and location here were BEAUTIFUL. Very great hotel, right by the downtown, 5 minutes' walk. We enjoyed having a terrace. Besides, private parking was convenient for us.

Satisfying breakfast options and EXCEPTIONAL view. Florence Historic Centre is a district that deserves exploring. We would recommend the restaurant right by the hotel, it was awesome. It had patio and very clean rooms. Furthermore, free Wi Fi - was a nice touch.

the location was ideal, with icy dot wine nearby. the hotel was only a short distance to giotto's bell tower. our room had a spectacular view over the city. totally a great experience.
